Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

In cases of damaged or incorrect items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns and Exchanges
For returns or exchanges, please refer to our dedicated Returns Policy. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, and products must be unused and in their original packaging. An photo/video of the faulty/damaged product must be provided within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the issue results from an error on our part.
